I am an accredited Integrative Relational Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor with over 27 years’ experience working in private practice, in the NHS and in various charities. I specialise in providing psychotherapy for Doctors and other healthcare professionals, working privately in Highgate and Hampstead, and with Practitioner Health (PH), an NHS service offering confidential support for Doctors. 

For over 16 years, I have supported Doctors experiencing a wide range of personal and work-related difficulties. While my consultancy has a strong focus on healthcare professionals, you do not need to work in healthcare to enjoy therapy in my practice! Everyone can benefit from therapy in their lives.

Alongside my counselling and therapy work, I am an Specialist Accredited Supervisor. I provide supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and trainees within an Integrative Relational framework, supervising across Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Transpersonal approaches.

For over 10 years, I worked closely with Professor Maria Gilbert who was my clinical supervisor, benefiting greatly from her thinking and work. My work is also deeply informed by the courage and commitment of the people I have had the privilege to support, particularly healthcare professionals working under sustained pressure.
